Is trying to learn everything (AI, coding, UI/UX, marketing) actually slowing down beginners?

It feels like many students today are trying to learn multiple things at once — programming, AI tools, UI/UX basics, and even digital marketing.

While all of these are useful skills, it sometimes creates confusion about where to focus.

This makes me wonder:

Is trying to learn everything actually slowing down progress instead of helping it?

For those working in tech or currently learning:

  • Is it better to focus on one path first and go deep?
  • Or should beginners explore multiple areas early on?
  • What approach helped you avoid confusion?

Would like to hear different perspectives.

Is personal branding becoming more important than actual technical skills in tech careers?

Lately, it seems like personal branding is playing a bigger role in tech careers.

Developers, designers, and marketers are actively sharing their work, thoughts, and experiences online. Some even get opportunities through visibility rather than traditional applications.

At the same time, strong technical skills are still considered essential.

This makes me curious:

Is personal branding becoming just as important as technical ability, or is it simply an added advantage?

For those working in tech:

  • Have you seen visibility impact opportunities?
  • Do companies value online presence during hiring?
  • How should beginners balance skill-building and visibility?

Would love to hear different perspectives.
