Google L3 Offer (no SWE): £65k + 15% bonus + £45k RSUs. How fair is that and how much can I realistically negotiate?
I already have more YoE than a L3.
Higher lever is not possible as this is the open headcount they have atm.
How much can I negotiate this offer?
