Bloating face after every meal and much other things (20M)

Hi, I have this bloating problem in my face that occours after every meal (especially when i eat bread , dont know why, this is a pic of my face after eating Bread) but also everytime i Lay down on my bed, everytime i brush my teeth, put creams on my face and is a LOT more noticeable when i wear heavy hoodies that tighten more around the neck. The bloating can increase very quickly during the day if i dont do something to counter it (like walking or making heat on my neck with the hairdryer while doing my hair, i dont know why that works sometimes) Also the face lymphatic massage doesnt work at all for me, it makes my face even more bloated. I have two slightly swollen Lymph Nodes on my neck and one behind my ear, I also have acne. But I went to a gnathologist, angiologist and a posturologist (as i have forward neck posture) , to see if they could help me spotting the problem, but No one could.

Hi everyone, I had 7ml of jawline filler done after winning it in a contest at a well-known clinic, but I didn’t like the result so I decided to dissolve it. I’ve had 3 hyaluronidase sessions and experienced some damage from it, and still wasn’t able to remove all of the filler.

Now it seems to be decreasing fairly quickly visually, and I appear to be returning to my baseline. For example, back in December (after my last session),with the help of ChatGPT we estimated visually the remaining filler at around 2–2.5 ml, while now in April it looks closer to about 1.2 ml.

My question is: since it’s decreasing quite fast, is it likely that I’ll return to my original state without needing additional sessions? I’m quite worried about doing more hyaluronidase because the last session caused some jowls and connective tissue damage.
