Seeking Recently Separated or Retired Army Officers for Doctoral Research Study
Hello everyone,
My name is Dakota Shade, and I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Arizona Global Campus conducting a research study on leadership experiences, organizational attitudes, and intent to leave among U.S. Army officers.
I am currently seeking participants who are:
- Former or retired U.S. Army officers
- Separated or retired within the last 10 years
- Prior service: Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve
The study examines how experiences with leadership and organizational culture may influence retention and separation decisions within the Army.
The survey is:
- Completely anonymous
- Voluntary
- Approximately 10–15 minutes long
- Does not collect names, unit information, or IP addresses
This research is being conducted strictly for academic purposes as part of my doctoral dissertation.
