Is it save-able

OK, so I crashed the car on Easter, since then I’ve put many hours into swapping the radiator and getting everything back up to sound mechanical wise. I’m currently replacing the front bumper rear bumper hood. Once the body panels are all clean and smooth I was going to start the wrap, and now I’m debating on the rear driver side fender.

(I currently have the hood front bumper and rear bumper off the car. This is an older picture.)
It’s pretty banged up and I’d say that I don’t have the patience to do a fiberglass resin/Bondo patch. I do have an extra fender panel that I could replace with however, I don’t necessarily know how to remove it and I’m wondering, is it even worth the time?

Would I have better luck bringing it to an auto body shop seeing if they can do a fiberglass patch? also I don’t know the cost of that necessarily either and I’m trying to keep a low budget. just looking for general advice on how to deal with the fender
