Does anyone know on UE how to pause offers (without going offline) popping up while delivering to the house? I find once I’m a few minutes away when I’m trying to concentrate on the road and where the house is I get spammed with a bunch of offers so I can’t see the actual map. 🗺️ grr. I also really dislike the stupid priority thing, usually it’s on the other end of the store then you have to go back to the start! Rant over
Okay so we purchased our peppery in 2024 and fixed the interest rate for 2 years, we went through a broker who I liked. I then fixed it for 12 months in January, long story short we have the house on the market as we were separated. Now we are considering keeping it and refinancing to do a few things, went to the broker to ask him to assist he said no?? He said we should talk to ANZ about it.

***want to refinance for maybe 550,000

How much should I expect for a year of it? It’s obviously backdated for 12 months.
