Hello world, I've been dealing with worsening symptoms over about ten years. Starting with my neck feeling like it needs to crack, slight pain which i thought was painful/ annoying to now I have degeneration at the disc's, narrowing, stenosis constant pain, tingling left leg and left forearm at times. I am pretty lost as to what can be done, I tired pt,injections, medications, rest, ice, heat, stretches with no relief.
I'm not sure where to go from here. I did see a surgeon at a hospital and he said he doesnt do surgery for pain. So I'm going to see another dr here in a few weeks.
My sleep quality is pretty bad and I want relief and I'm not sure where to go or what to do.
Any tips help and I'm not saying surgery is off the table, although, I would not prefer it. 37 male too
