The current float is about 278 million shares, there will be new shares of upto 418 million issued at the merger. But these new shares are locked up for a minimum of 6 months and are not part of the float. Event after 6 months, Eric will look to sell into strength not for pennies, its common sense. With that said, the float post merger will remain the same as today. Retail purchases and FOMO will lead to thin supply, and this will shoot the price to $1 or close to that number within few days.
