Male Age 51 weight - 62 Kgs. no major health issues , m.y blood pressure used to be around 120/80, but over the past few months it has dropped to around 95–100/65–70. The only major change has been adding some calming supplements and herbs to my routine not all in same day , CBD, and formulations containing (Sarpagandha, Brahmi, Jatamansi, Tagar, Shankhpushpi, Ajmoda/Ajwain, Ashwagandha) and Reishi —along with wheatgrass and matcha in the morning. Could these be causing the drop in blood pressure? Has anyone experienced something similar?Any known mechanisms or clinical evidence would be helpful
