Assuming if a applicant was to be on a finalized certificate, is there a general timeline for the hiring manager to review the resumes and schedule for the qualified applicants for an interview?
Again, just a general timeline as I am sure there isn’t a definitive one.
I recently filed for a supplemental claim for the 2nd time but with more supporting documentation and evidence.
My private doctor did a full DBQ where they fully determined my severity according to my condition along with a statement where it was due to in service connection.
I was initially rated 0% from my initial claim, 1st supplemental the examiner at the cp exam was just outright horrific where they saw me for 1-2 min. That obviously led to a denial and now here with a 2nd supplemental where I was seen by a OPTUM examiner.
I have the DBQ from the OPTUM examiner and same results. Just outright did not check when my condition in person is the proof.
This is for my face: acne and scarring.
The case is not finalized yet and I want to submit a statement stating the DBQ was not properly examined.
Any advice? Or advice who have similar experience?
I know next steps will be an HLR but I really thought this supplemental claim would do justice.
For those who got to step 4 and not pushed back, how long does it take to finalize? It took me almost 6 months to get to step 4 and I been sitting on this step for almost 4 days.
