Anyone else noticed the service is much slower since they have introduced this new delivery method.

I have always confirmed my order and pretty much had the delivery the next day. I try to time it for my work from home days so that I'm here for it. This time I paid everything Sunday night presuming it would be ready and picked up Monday to be delivered to me today. But since Sunday all my DPD tracking says we have been told that your epharm parcel will be dispatched shortly?

Last month it was delayed too but I put that down to the protests at the time.
