How do I get access to Claude models with a Basic license?

I use Copilot Chat Basic at two different companies and neither has access to Opus or Sonnet.

Is anyone finding different results with the Basic tier using "upload images and files" versus "attach cloud files" versus "add work content"?

Does anyone ever ride the 451 bus between Salem and Beverly?

I pass it a few times a week and it is always empty.

The city posted something today about upcoming meetings about the new trash program.

Does anyone know the details?
