Re-watching hxh with a more developed brain truly is a different experience.

I'm now at the point of the final battle between Meruem and Netero and i love how the old man says "you underestimate the malice of the human heart" and then detonates a nuclear(?) bomb, because it just shows how the human race actually is. (to me, it's most likely a reference to ww2 atomic attacks, it's disgustingly devastating effect and a representation of humanity's genocidal and hateful history) I honestly didn't catch that on my first watch years ago in middle school, and i haven't been on forums searching for explanations either.

What other scenes have you understood better on a later re-watch? i obviously had more "ahaaa" moments on my re-watch but i really liked this detail in Togashi's writing.
