Are foreigner not allowed to get Afrosiyob train ticket?
We are visiting Uzbekistan soon. I noticed that there is no way we, as foreigners with a foreign credit card to get an Afrosiyob train ticket at all.
The official website can never get to the payment page, it pops you back to the main page every single time, tried all the browsers and mobile browsers too, none of them works!
How about mobile app? Yes, it does work until the payment page, but there is no Stripe option to pay at all, only Humopay and Uzcard payment methods that do not accept foreign cards. Here's the catch, I noticed all the other trains like Sharq does have Stripe payment method, just Afrosiyob will never have.
So I wonder, are foreigners not allowed to get Afrosiyob train ticket?
Even 3rd party site like 12goasia, all of the Afrosiyob train ticket options are greyed out.
Help me out man, we really want to visit this beautiful country with peace of mind. Thanks
