Who has heard of this dreamworks movie? Rise of the guardians

Its personally my favorite “underrated” movie since even tho its not as top tier as movies like Httyd or Kung fu panda, it’s still a good movie with one of the more interesting villains and message.

I won’t spoiled the move for those who haven’t watched it but trust me, the villain is what I like to call “complexed pure evil”, which translate to him being not just a big bad but also a manipulator and has might be the perfect villain design for this movie as well as attempting to sway the audience with his so called “backstory” while still being pure evil.

As for its message, to make a long story short, it show case the dangers of people with no hope or dreams wanting to spread their “negativity” on others and how we could combat against it with positivity. This might be the most age well of a message in a movie since the modern world from what I feel, it gets too negative and maybe a bit toxic and combat with it is through positivity is the perfect way to win against this kind of behavior/negativity.

Underrated animated film villain with a prevalent message? Pitch black from rise of the guardians

This villain, while not the best, is pretty good and some say underrated, that villain being pitch black from rise of the guardians, not only is a threat to our protagonist, but it manage to change our hero for the better, unintentionally through their actions.

He also carries a message that after looking deeper into it, it’s might be the most prevalent and somewhat scary message in this year, that being a message of what happens if people don’t have dreams and hope, they simply spread that toxic mindset onto others to make themselves feel better.

Pitch black is supposed to represent nightmares and bad dreams and fears in the film but he also represent negativity, (think about people who only see the little bad things instead of the huge good things in stuff), hatred for others “positivity”, and just overall, very stigmatic of people and wanting that mindset onto other people and telling them that their way of thinking is the best way, completely ignoring helping themselves and instead, simply bringing others down to make themselves better than others.

This villain and his meaning might have age like milk (or wine if your mind set is like what I mention I guess) as he’s the representation of a negative mind set and wanting this way of thinking to be the best way. Too much of these “pitch black” people are all over the world (especially the internet), drama channels, critics, and so much more to name a few, and sure, it’s fine if some critic of something so long with the intention of making that thing better but if they just criticize or only see the bad part because they just wanted to, that a sign of someone with a negative mindset.

Best Superman animated movie? Superman vs the elite

I’ll argue that it might be the best Superman movie (tho it’s very hard to complete with film like Superman 2025) since it explores the problem with modern cynicism (or more specifically, the trope of dark hero’s and so called “anti heros”) I won’t spoiled the film for those who haven’t watch it yet but trust me, while it may not be your best Superman film/movie, it’s definitely a top tier one (ps, it does the “evil Superman” trope right)
