For those at CAT, is it possible to setup semimonthly direct deposit payments, or are we strictly limited to monthly?

I have $200k in an old job’s 401k account. I recently moved and accrued some debt. What happens if I want to withdraw $20k to get back on my feet? I feel like I’ll still have plenty in my 401k. I’m also 36 years old, so well under the 65.5 year no penalty limit.
