Shredder tank mk2 (OC)

Latest from RnD.

Logistics was complaining about constantly having to rely on dropships and factory striders for troop transport, they were asking for something smaller. Dropships are vulnerable to AA and striders are anything but discreet. So the Shredder AAV chassis was born.

carries up to 10 light infantry (no devastators to keep it small, light and floating) and is capable of handling snow, sand and swamp effortlessly. Though it is at its most deadliest when waterborne as its speed massively increases. the water also acts as a natural impact absorber for the screws which is the biggest weak point. main hull is is rated tank but the screws are heavy, with the rear doors and heat sinks are medium. Pilots are advised to keep the vehicle facing the enemy.

you might have missed the shredder turret on top, the main reason for the shredder turret is the ability to basically put an AA gun anywhere, though it can support a bunker turret upon request (MLRS and battle cannon are still restricted to the tank chassis). It is unfortunately its sole armament, but it does have the benefit of having meatgrinders for movement. Have fun mincing helldiver legs.

WE RAN OUT OF NOKIAS FOR THE SHIELDS!

We have ran out of the phones that were required to build devastator shields, sorry mechanised infantry and good luck out there. However,Engineering was also able to improve the armour of the tanks however this did not improve crew training or helldivers simply ignoring them outright.

Absolutely not an automaton attack sub concept (OC)

Nothing suspicious here!

Since our current artillery systems are incredibly slow (if not completely immobilised) and any form of sea based weapons platform is an easy target for super destroyers, why not hide our artillery underwater?

this sub is equipped with icarus rocket pods (the same ones mounted on the vox engines) enabling the sub to surface, volley fire the missiles and then submerge to prevent return fire from orbiting destroyers (or helldivers).

Important note: the submersible is not particularly durable, the primary hull is only rated heavy armour but the command and control superstructure is even less tough. The bridge is also essential to its operation and will be disabled should it take significant damage.
