Surface Go 2 died while watching YT and has issues.

I was watching YouTube on my surface go 2 charging with usb pd (was working fine) until it shutdown randomly and isn't turning back in I've tried holding the power button and use the original surface charger and it turned on randomly while charging for like 5 min, windows isn't starting and the surface splash screen is really dark, what do I do? Did a chip blow?

Hello, I have the surface go 2 (4425Y) and the battery life is terrible. Apparently I have 87% capacity left in my battery, can I still make this battery usable for longer?

Hello, I have a Microsoft Surface Go 2 and everytime when I put it on the charger no matter if it's empty or full it turns on.
