VPN experiences while using the internet in Pakistan
While visiting Pakistan recently, I ran into an issue where I needed to access content from back home. A lot of local streaming platforms were blocking foreign IP addresses, and the free VPNs I tried were not much help. Most of them were either extremely slow or failed to connect altogether, which made the whole thing frustrating.
I was close to giving up until a friend suggested trying ExpressVPN. I had heard people in expat circles mention it before, mainly because of its speed and security. After installing it, I connected to a UK server and was surprised at how fast it worked. Within moments, I could access everything I needed without lag or random disconnects.
What really caught me off guard was how smooth the streaming was. I managed to watch a few shows in HD without buffering, which felt unexpected considering how inconsistent internet connections can sometimes be in certain areas.
Since that experience went well, I am curious to hear from others. If you have used a VPN in Pakistan, I would like to know which ones worked best for you, whether for streaming or just staying private online.
