I need answers pls

Since mid 2023 every single month on the first day of my period I have been throwing up. It lasts all day long to the point that anything I eat or drink on the first day of my period comes back up within minutes and I’m not able to keep anything down and my cramps are so bad to the point not even any pain meds I take work either. I went to the doctors a few times about and I got referred for an ultrasound sound because they thought it may be fibroids causing the problem but my ultrasound came back all clear. My doctor then gave me Tranexamic acid but the prescription I was given was a once off prescription and it helped a little bit but I feel like it just masked the problem a not actually fixed it and I have gone back to the doctors and I feel like they don’t want to take me seriously at all especially cus he is a male. Can someone help me even a doctor and tell what this is cus this can’t be normal.
