Is anybody taking these two together?

What kind of risk are we looking at here?

Got a new prescription of Cymbalta 30mg x2, however I remembered that my ED meds have a combination of Tadalafil and Fluoxetine 22.4mg.

Now im in a bit of a dilema, perhaps there is risk for Serotonin Syndrome.

I've heard of some people abusing the drug or misuse to achieve a deeper stronger effects?

How would they be able to do this?, in theory
