Obgyn and Delivery Reccs

Hi everyone,

I just found out I’m pregnant (still very early, and also slightly in disbelief 😅). This is my first pregnancy, so I’m trying to figure out where to start and would really appreciate some local advice.

- I’m new to the Oceanside area and looking for:

OB/GYN recommendations (ideally someone who’s patient, responsive). I need to call and set up my first appointment.

- Hospitals you delivered at (Scripps La Jolla, Tri-City, Palomar, etc.) — how was your experience?

-Anything you wish you knew when choosing your OB or hospital.

I’d love to hear both positive and negative experiences — bedside manner, wait times, how easy it is to get appointments, how delivery went, etc.

I have an Aetna PPO plan so I have some flexibility in choosing the provider.

Thank you so much in advance! 🙏
