Hi everyone,

I’m trying to unlock my phone and could use some guidance.

• Model: TCL Flip Go 2
• Carrier: Metro by T-Mobile (USA)

When I power it on with a non-supported SIM card, I get an error message (I’ve attached images). There’s also an “Unlock Device” option in the menu, but it fails to connect to the server.

I already contacted Metro, but they told me they can’t help.

Has anyone dealt with this before or knows a way to unlock it?
