I am new to skin investing, what are people using to decide when to buy or sell their skins?
I have recently got into skin investing and I am trying to figuring out when is the best time to actually buy or sell.
I feel like there is quite a lot of indicators like price history, market hype (youtube videos and posts hyping up skins), cases being removed from the active drop pool, new operations (if that ever happens), dwelling supply due to use in trade ups and so on.
I also know that a lot of people talk about profitable trade ups that you can do but I am sceptical about how well the prices of the hold up after the market is flooded with new skins.
I am curious what other people have used and found success with. Do people have a system on how they trade. Is short or long term holding more profitable and do you do it based on any specific indicators or just vibes?
