Does ANYONE know why it says return is delayed and what that even means. They sent an item, it came damaged, I sent it back, they received it 3 days ago, and now it says this

So I have the 3 compendiums, the universe compendium, and the wolfman and tech jacket compendiums.
The question is, do I buy tpb of capes, Brit, and battle beast or do I read them online and wait for eventual compendiums
