Im 38, tall, and in good health, but my rounded shoulders are becoming a real issue. I know the theory (stretching pecs, strengthening back, etc) but I’m terrible at being consistent on my own.

Looking for someone who has actually fixed this to help me define a clear daily strategy and keep me accountable. I need help tracking results so I don't just give up after a week.
