I've been tutoring privately for a few years now and I still don't have a good system for billing. I track lessons in a Google Sheet, send Venmo/Zelle requests manually, and at the end of the month I'm always spending way too long figuring out who owes what.

The worst part is sending those awkward "just following up" texts to parents who forgot to pay.

Curious what everyone else does. Do you use any specific tools? Or is it just spreadsheets and hope like me?

I've actually been thinking about building something simple — log lessons, auto-send invoices, parents pay online. But before I invest any time in it, I want to know: would that actually be useful to anyone besides me?
