Hello!! I (21F) have been trying to lose weight since I had my son at 19 (22 months post partum at this point) and STRUGGLING. Before him I struggled with 2 Ed’s and was under weight then had to recover and gain weight due to getting pregnant, the pregnancy and the health complications that came with it after caused a unhealthy amount of weight gain (went from being about 115 lbs pre baby to 290 now) I’ve done the work outs and calorie deficits but I feel like nothing has helped even when I’m being consistent.
