Suggestions after years of not playing online

Hi everyone. We're currently having an extension built to enlarge our kitchen, and I'm facing a bit of a challenge. I need to find more of these specific floor tiles to match the existing ones exactly. I'm based in the East Midlands. If anyone recognises this design, knows a supplier, or has any suggestions on where to look, I'd massively appreciate the help! (Photo attached)
