How *Exactly* was the Power of Teen Gohan's One-Handed Kamehameha Split in Half?
Was his power halved by the damage of his arm being broken when saving Vegeta? Was his Kamehameha's power halved by him having one harm? Or was it a combination of both and his Kamehameha actually 1/4 of it's strength? It's a complicated and unnecessary question but one I've thought about for some time.
