Externship at medstar health baltimore

I have got an externship opportunity at MedStar Health Baltimore but the commitment is for 4 months. If I go on with opportunity then i wont be able to do any other observerships. Could anyone pls advise me what to do in this situation, should i go on with the opportunity??

My stats: step1 pass, step2 24x, usce 3 months 2024, yog 2024.
