So, I am 18 and my brother is 20 and he has came from his clg 3 days ago for his sem break.

I found that mom is spending much more time with him n i was obviously jealous. So yesterday after we slept I accidentally woke up at around 3 am and what i saw has given me lifelong trauma. Brother was doing the deed with mom in her bedroom. They were so deeply engaged that they did not even see me. My mind suddenly stopped working n numbed. I suddenly ran to my room but could not sleep but pretended. And I am still shaking.

I dont know what to do n how to deal with this. I really wanna forget this as a dream. please please
