professional marketer by day but can’t seem to break out on tiktok despite quality content. grateful for any insight!

been posting on tiktok semi regularly for a little over a month and the account has grown to 139 followers and I have 2 super fans (people that regularly dm me and have said how they feel so connected and inspired by the vids) i make music and have my own universe and brand to go with it (characters, motifs, in world speak, original clothing all created by my gf, etc) I worked very hard on the branding and feel everything is cohesive, authentic and actually has a deeper message that i try to convey. i just don’t know why my videos have trouble getting pushed and actually gaining traction.
my day job is actually professional marketing for a very successful company in my state, so as you can guess this is incredibly frustrating for me.
any advice at all would be appreciated ! thanks in advance guys
