Hi all,

I’m moving to Atlanta for work (near Galleria/Battery area). My budget is ~ $2200/month (including utilities). I’ve been researching a bit on some areas like Vinings, Marietta, Smyrna, and Sandy Springs, but the reviews always trip me up. So, I would really appreciate your help with suggestions on places to visit and/or avoid.

A few notes on my priorities:

1. I’m willing to commute < 25 mins to work.
2. My main priorities are safety and low noise. I want a place where I'm not in my neighbors' business and they're not in mine.
3. The complex has to be clean and no/minimal issues with pests
4. I want to be close enough to the city that I can get there quickly if I feel like it, but I don't want to actually live in it. Close to the action without being in the middle of it.
5. I prefer luxury-type apartments and apartment communities over townhomes and other housing types
