I bought a couple of things through them using echeck/ACH and on my third order they held my gold hostage until I sent them a selfie holding my photo ID and also a document authorizing them to take payment from my account. The whole point of using echeck/ach is because it’s secure and they have me sending them goofy insecure selfies and authorization documents to take money from my account 🤡

TLDR: bullionexchanges is not worth the hassle and stress. I ordered from 10 websites in the last 2 months and bullionexchanges was the ONLY one to pull shenanigans.
