Tired of trying every supplement

So apparently I have been dealing with anxiety and low energy, and weird feelings on the left side of my body. so I thought okay maybe it’s a vitamin d deficiency. So I got my labs tested and a holistic doc says take a multi + d3, only recommended 2,000 iu with k2 and a multi. It does nothing but make me even more tired. so I took into my own hands to try a different supplement. Naturelo 4 a day whole food and I feel mental clarity no lie and better energy. Maybe I’ll stick with this even tho it only contains 1,000 iu, but it contains the other co factors which I’m sure help. Mind you my level was a 43 so it’s not like it’s super low. I’m starting to think maybe it’s something else other than a vitamin deficiency because ive tried it all, the magnesium’s, multiple kinds, the vitamin d with k2 combined with magnesium… magnesium alone but it makes me so drowsy the next day like somebody sucked the hydration out of my body. I think illl just stick with this multivitamin and a moderately healthy diet and try to look into some herbs and get out more, I have no other solutions. I think we forget that supplements are just that, supplements they won’t fix your whole existence lol. if I don’t see improvement I’m just going to glob down 50,000 iu of vitamin d from a doctor and roll wit the punches. I have nothing else to lose at this point. I’ve done all the lab work and even went to a holistic doctor that says I don’t have any infections or anything crazy. Maybe it’s just a lifestyle thing. Shoot I’ll even try therapy at this point. It’s been years since COVID that I’ve been experiencing all this weirdness and it’s taking my 20s away from me and I hate it. Any advice would help at this point.

Tired after taking multivitamins

Hello guys, so I started recently taking Naturelo whole food multivitamins 4 a day and every time I take them I get this intense fatigue as i thought I was suppose to get energy from them lol. So should I try to experiment and take them before bed? I know it contains 300 mg of magnesium maybe that is what’s making me tired.
