Anong gagawin mo if ilipat ka sa different role? (Nakakalungkot!!)
Hi, I just want to share something na nakakalungkot at masakit sa part ko, I've been with this agency for almost 3 years, but I worked on their external client (sobrang chill, hindi pressure, and may other time pa ko sana mag apply sa iba kasi sa economy ngayon need na ang another job/sideline), and I'm kinda sad since recently I learned it from my supervisor na tatanggalin nila ako and ilipat sa other department, which is napaka-busy and parang wala ka ng time sa sarili, kahit pahinga ng ilang minutes hindi na magawa, since the member of that department is now rendering dahil hindi makayanan ang workload, at the same time same sahod lang nong pumasok kami. (and may e assign sila na iba sa client ko mismo, which is nakakalungkot, bakit ako pa?)
I don't know what to do, I feel like hindi aligned sa job description 'yung ilipat sa akin, gusto kong umiyak, umayaw pero wala ako magawa. Gusto ko ng mag resign, pero wala pa back up plan, but I have savings good for 2 months I think, What if ako naman yung ma-burnt out? Should I tell my external client ba sa plan nila? :(
