I've been getting better at ollies, I can get it in the air fairly reliably now, but the tail won't always follow me up. Could it be my shaved tail, or is it probably just I don't have the timing/technique quite down yet? Do I need a new board?

My main three problems are the tail not coming up, the board landing behind me/rotating mid air, and pushing the board down too early.
