I am applying to bba hons at tapmi my dad has currently taken a hiatus from work due to health issues so since the past one year we dont really have any income its just savings so for earning member should I put father and enter his earlier income or put none and 0 as the income?? Does income affect chances of getting in?

So I am applying for nmims and everyone keeps on saying that they fail students deliberately and stuff and i heard from a senior that apparently if you fail a paper you need to repeat the whole year and there are no repeat exams for just one paper is that true cuz thats quite extreme?
