I have E4S1 Welt. What can I do to improve his build? What relics are best? Is silver wolf nihility's light cone better for DPS Welt? I can buy it from the light cone shop if so.

I don't have Acheron and have 0 interest in her. Welt has been my favorite standard 5* since launch and I really want him to be a dps I can have fun playing.

I plan on E6-ing him if possible, he'll never leave my 50/50 loss pool.
