any ocular rosacea/MGD sufferers had success with xdemvy?
3 year long battle with OR/MGD. No success with compresses, omega-3 supps, 2x IPL cycles, lymecycline, azithromycin tablets and drops, probing, ikervis, vevizye. Anyone with a similar history had success with xdemvy? or success with it more generally?
no visible demodex signs but my optom thinks they might be living deep in the glands
