Aero bikes: Which one should you choose from so many options?

Hi,

I've never owned a road bike before; up until now, I've done a lot of enduro mountain biking, so this is a whole new world for me.

I need to buy a bike to train for an Ironman 70.3, and I’m thinking about buying one from China.

The thing is, I’m totally overwhelmed by all the options.

I’ve found a few websites, but there are so many options to choose from that I don’t know what’s best.

Any recommendations for places that sell complete bikes with an aero design and can ship to Europe?

I’ve looked at Windspace, but their prices are similar to well-known brands I can buy in Spain without the hassle of shipping from China and potential warranty issues.

Thanks !!

Hi there, I'm thinking about choosing between one of these two shoes:

* hoka Mach X3

* On Cloudboom Max

Basically, I’m looking for a daily trainer with good bounce and cushioning. My runs are usually no longer than 10 or 15 km.

I know the first thing you'll say is that it’s important to try them on because everyone’s feet are different, but I don’t have any stores nearby that carry these models, so I have to order them online.

Are there any other alternatives with a plate (non-carbon) or in this style for daily training? I don’t have a budget limit; I just want to buy the best option for this purpose.

I need enough room in the toe box. I tried the Adidas Evo SL, and they were much too narrow in the front.
