2026 Pilot Black Edition, Am I Getting Screwed?
Hey Redditors, I am looking into buying a 2026 Honda Pilot Black Edition. I have a trade in and will be paying the rest in cash so not worrying about financing. The dealer is about $5,000 over MSRP due to shipping costs (To Hawaii) and other things I don’t remember exactly. On top of that they also charge $500 for car shield protection, and $530 for a document fee. Are these charges pretty standard? Is this a fair price? Inventory is extremely limited in Hawaii, and all other Black Editions were sold before even being built. The one we're looking at is set to arrive in 2 - 3 months.
