Film burns in Big Sur [Mamiya RZ67 / 110mm / Cinestill 400]
Second time out using my new Mamiya and went in a little over confident. I didn’t store my rolls well enough on the road trip back and this roll got hit pretty heavy with leaks. I’m disappointed because these three were my most anticipated. I also tired my first double exposure using the manual shutter load and I definitely didn’t under expose one of the two enough to give contrast. Always next time!
Decided to test my new Mamiya Rz67 at the pier last Thursday. At the time I wasn’t blow away by the compositions I found but was mostly aiming to test the functionality of my new camera. Over all I’m really happy with how these came out and am happy I didn’t get a lemon!
After months of saving I finally found the best deal I could on an affordable introduction to medium format and I couldn’t be happier. I was anxiously waiting to get my photos back to test for functionality and I’m so glad everything works as it should. I’m new to shooting in this format so any advice/critiques are welcome and appreciated!
