15f about 36kg and 5'1.

i'm not sure why but that's my feet after standing still for 1 minute, and after a bit longer i can feel a heart beat in my feet and sometimes my hands.

I've also been noticing that when i stand up i get really dizzy, everything turns black and my ears start to ring, then follows with a throbbing head ache. It's been happening every time i stand up for about two years now and i have been tested for low iron but it came back normal. I've also started to get out of breath very easily, even just from standing up or walking up the stairs to the point where i need to stop and get my breath back. I've also got a really fast heart beat from standing up and doing simple things and sometimes random when i breath in it's a really sharp stabbing pain in my chest but it usually goes away after about a minute. My feet and hands are always freezing even if the rest of my body feels boiling. I've also been getting really shaky randomly and always tired even after i have slept for over ten hours. If anyone knows what it might be please let me know because i'm very curious, thank you!
