Hi, I have recently got the all clear from the hospital and want to send off my appeal.

The origional hospital notes I sent off last time for the appeal didn't get returned.

Is it okay to send a copy of the reports this time instead, or will they think I'm being cheeky and reject the appeal?

It would have been nice to keep incase I need them in the future.

Could I ask for them back? Would they even still have them?

I don't want to do anything to put my application and appeal in jeopardy.
