Is it okay to post my Control companion? She is Polaris. She is my fluffy shadow, my immediate supurvisor and my lucky charm, all in one, and is always with me when I’m playing. I think Jesse would approve. She’s doing her part!

I want to see your Control pets, please post them in the section.

Look, as I said, I get it that it’s an alien and it doesn’t have to be accurate to humans or even conform to our norms, right? But it’s a bipedal, it’s wearing clothes and shoes, and surely, if you know anything about the lore perspective, however, I would expect the nuances, from a Man in Black, just not a Grey.

Has anyone else who got one gotten the same issue with this statue by any chance? I want to know if what they say is true.
Sideshow’s email:

“Our team has carefully reviewed your request and compared your photos to several examples of this item.

Based on this comparison, we can confirm that your request regarding the feet appears to be consistent with the collectibles we inspected. It seems to be an intentional part of the design to add to the look of the otherworldly alien,

Please keep in mind that, when closely examined, all limited-edition collectibles will have a degree of variation in their individual detail work. This is the nature of any hand-crafted/hand-painted collectible.”

Again, I understand that the feet are consistent across inspected units and may be considered part of the design, however, if both feet appear to be oriented incorrectly or resemble two left feet, that does not come across as an intentional design, it reads to me as a manufacturing defect, structural, or sculpting otherwise that significantly impacts the presentation of the piece especially for someone who is ND with OCD, Autism and ADHD.
I just think that is unacceptable especially for the price. And unfortunate, because although I’ve spent thousands on the big pieces, I love the smaller models, man. I have gotten some really great small pieces from SS, but this one is just awful.
