$29,000 with 13k miles 2024 Is this a good price also give me a AGM battery replacement. Any thing else I should worry about?

Hello everyone I’m looking to buy a used 2014 3RS thing that’s stopping me from pulling the trigger is the 21 inch rims I love the car other than that minus the non CarPlay but I can get over that. I love the look of the rims but I’m looking to lease I’m nervous about the rumors that the wheels crack. I was looking at the tire warranty and I know many ppl say it’s not worth it but I don’t mind paying for the piece of mind in case I crack one or scrap one would the warranty even cover that.

Changing to smaller wheels is not an option for me also cause I just don’t see the use in buying this specific trim just to do that. This is pretty much make and break on if I get this one or wait for a Ariya platinum to pop up near me
