Scariest dream I have had in a long time and it ended with me feeling possessed and like I could physically feel a heavy nose bleed starting. I woke up terrified and remembering the whole thing. The whole dream I was thinking " this is okay everything is fine" but the dread kept building up & by the end of it I decided it was too intense and was just getting worse so I woke myself up.

Have you ever had a lucid dream nightmare? I haven't in years.
