Becoming faster
Hi! So i am a new lash tech, started actively doing lashes for almost two months. I usually take about 2 hours per set, give or take 15-20 minutes. Some sets i did, i finished in about an hour and a half, but some i need 2.5hrs to finish. My educator and lash artist said it just takes time to get faster, she had been lashing for almost three years and need maybe 45 minutes to do an AMAZING full set on me, and like 20-30 minutes for a fill. I am aware that practice makes perfect, and i am trying not to speed up when i do a set so i can do it satisfactorily, and even tho i am happy with the progress i am making on the esthetic aspect, i am not satisfied with my timing. Do you have any advice, excluding “just practice”, on how do i get faster? It would be really helpful. Thank you. :)
